A leading healthcare provider in Wakefield is seeking a Respiratory Nurse Specialist to join their team. This role involves conducting specialist assessments, managing home care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will bring valued experience in respiratory care and a commitment to high-quality patient support. Benefits include an NHS pension plan, generous holiday allowance, and support for work-life balance.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Respiratory Nurse Specialist to join PERT (Pinderfields Emergency Respiratory Team). We are a team of Respiratory Specialist Nurses, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Respiratory Physiotherapists, Advanced Clinical Support Workers & Administrative Co-ordinators. The service operates 7 days per week including Bank Holidays and provides service cover until 8pm. The team is based primarily at Pinderfields General Hospital with cross-site working as required and the Respiratory Virtual Ward covers both the Wakefield and North Kirklees district.
Previous experience within Respiratory is desirable but not essential; we would consider appointing the right candidate into a Band 5 Development post.
