A recruitment agency in Belfast is seeking a dedicated administrative manager to oversee key clerical functions across multiple hospital locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing outpatient referral and booking systems while engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders. This position offers a competitive salary package and a permanent contract with full-time hours.
The post holder will be responsible for the effective management and co-ordination of key administrative and clerical functions for designated areas including outpatient’s reception, Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast City Hospital, RBHSC, School of Dentistry and Mater Hospital.
