Job summary

A leading outdoor education organization in Brentwood seeks a Survival Leader to deliver an exceptional summer camp experience for children aged 7-14. You will manage a team while ensuring safety and compliance. Responsibilities include activity preparation, team management, and acting as the primary point of contact for parents. Ideal candidates will have experience in childcare or education, strong leadership qualities, and knowledge in bushcraft. Seasonal role, 8am-6pm weekdays, with possibility of additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver activities for children aged 7-14.
