The Opportunity : The Frontline of Growth

We are looking for a highly motivated, resilient, and driven Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our successful Sales team. This is a critical role responsible for generating new business opportunities and fueling our sales pipeline by proactively engaging with senior decision‑makers in target accounts.

Compensation & Progression

We are committed to developing our people, and the SDR role is explicitly designed as a fast‑track into a closing position.

Base Salary : £27,500 – £30,000 (depending on experience).

On-Target Earnings (OTE) : An attractive uncapped commission structure, allowing high performers to significantly increase their earnings.

Guaranteed Progression Review : A formal career progression review will be conducted at 3 months and at 6 months of successful performance.

Senior SDR Promotion : High‑performing SDRs will have the opportunity to be promoted to Senior SDR, which includes a guaranteed salary increase and the chance to take on mentoring and specialised account responsibilities.

Clear Career Path : Success as an SDR / Senior SDR directly leads to promotion into an Account Executive (AE) closing role within 12‑24 months.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Targeted Prospecting : Conduct in‑depth research to identify and strategically target companies and decision‑makers that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Multi‑Channel Outreach : Execute high‑volume, highly personalised outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn) to secure initial interest.
  • Lead Qualification : Qualify leads rigorously using a structured framework to ensure a strong fit and readiness for the next stage of the sales cycle.
  • Meeting Generation : Successfully book and hand over qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations to the Account Executive (AE) team.
  • CRM Excellence : Maintain meticulous records of all prospecting activity, lead qualification details, and contact information within our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Feedback & Strategy : Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, test new outreach sequences, and bring market intelligence back to the team.

  • Must have good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales KPIs
  • Proven experience as a SDR or similar sales role.
