Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue).
  • Follow up on leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle along with upselling or cross-sell additional services based on customer profiles along with maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Addressing customer concerns or hesitations effectively to close deals.
  • Proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, while also handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and policies.
  • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's as set by the business.
  • Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Managers.
  • Escalating areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Passing leads to the sales team following up on progress.
