Qualifications

  • Excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Demonstrate IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail necessary.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships essential.
  • Willingness to undergo CTC Clearance and complete necessary training.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers for service calls.
  • Raise reactive and handyman work orders for engineers and contract managers.
  • Monitor email inboxes and schedule work orders.
  • Close down urgent work orders and provide emergency cover.
  • Support performance targets and contribute to team goals.
