Job summary

A leading hospital group in the UK is seeking a Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP in Orthopaedics/Spinal to join their team at New Hall Hospital. The role involves supporting surgical procedures, particularly in orthopaedics. Candidates should possess NMC/HCPC registration and have surgical scrub experience. Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP - Orthopaedics/Spinal

New Hall Hospital - 37.5 hours per week

The role

What you’ll bring with you

  • NMC/HCPC registration
  • Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics including but not limited to hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty and anterior cruciate ligaments
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential
  • Spinal scrub experience would be desirable
  • Anaesthetic experience would be desirable but not essential
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
