Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Coordinator

Founded in London in 2010, Glassworks London is an independent and style‑obsessed fashion brand passionate about bricks‑and‑mortar boutiques and streamlined digital shopping. Our design‑led stores and website are refreshed weekly with small runs of completely new fashion – meaning a constant feed of exciting new styles to try on, supported by the most dedicated and on‑it staff‑turned‑stylists in the industry. With our recent store expansions and ecommerce platform, we are focused on scaling our retail and online channels – all whilst maintaining a strong design aesthetic, exceptional in‑store, and customer focus.

THE ROLE

The Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Coordinator will be a proactive, responsible, and highly organised individual who plays a key role in overseeing daily order fulfilment, warehouse operations, and customer support activities. You will manage and support the Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Operatives and temporary staff, ensuring all deliveries and B2C/B2B customer orders are processed quickly, accurately, and to brand standards. Reporting to the Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced work environment, enjoys managing a small team, and is passionate about maintaining high operational and customer service standards.

Work Schedule: This role is based at our warehouse in Haggerston, London. We offer 8‑hour shifts Mondays to Sundays between 7am and 8pm. For the avoidance of doubt, weekend shifts are required and late night shifts may be required. This is a 6 month temp contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders to brand standards with speed and accuracy.
  • Execute inbound/outbound stock transfers, including QC, organisation, and documentation.
  • Perform quality control checks on inbound stock and customer returns.
  • Process customer returns in line with company policies.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well‑organised at all times.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Operatives and temporary staff.
  • Allocate workloads effectively and monitor team productivity to meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Provide guidance, training, and on‑the‑job support to operatives and temps.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, operational processes, and brand standards.
  • Support the onboarding and induction of new operatives and temporary staff.
  • Assist with regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Support management with stock write‑offs in line with finance/operations guidelines.
  • Support management with KPI tracking, activity reports, and operational updates as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 1–2 years’ experience in ecommerce fulfilment, customer service, and/or a stock room/small warehouse operative role, with exposure to supervising staff or temps.
  • Highly reliable, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable using basic warehouse/order fulfilment software/platforms.
  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player who can motivate and support a small team.
  • Comfortable working on your feet and able to lift and move boxes as required.
