About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Oral Care Consultant to join the Colgate-Palmolive family in Leeds. You will partner with dental professionals to improve oral health outcomes and act as the face of our global brand.

What You Will Do

As a field-based specialist you are crucial to maintaining brand awareness and sales for our professional product range. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Building Partnerships: Visit dentists, hygienists and therapists within dental practices, hospitals and health authorities to deepen professional relationships.
  • Educating Experts: Communicate the science behind Colgate’s professional products to dental teams.
  • Driving Success: Secure recommendations and endorsements for our consumer brands and sell our specialist professional products.
  • Planning & Strategy: Create quarterly business plans and weekly visit schedules to maximize impact in the Leeds area.
  • Market Intelligence: Record customer interactions, feedback and competitor activity in our C4C system.
  • Representing the Brand: Present technical and scientific information at trade exhibitions and educational group meetings, face‑to‑face and virtually.
About You

We are looking for a relationship‑builder who thrives on connection. While experience in the dental sector is a plus, what matters most is your ability to connect, educate and influence.

Ideally you also have
  • Experience in a customer‑facing field sales role.
  • Previous exposure to working or partnering with healthcare professionals (advantageous but not required).
Working Arrangements

Mobility: This is a field‑based role and travel would be up to 100%.
