Overview

Role: Oracle Retail Stock Ledger & Invoice Matching Specialist

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 2 Years

Work Location: Remote (Europe)

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Stock Ledger (RSL) and Invoice Matching (ReIM) expert to lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and operation of their Oracle Retail financial systems. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reconciliation of merchandise, supplier invoices, and inventory valuation across the retail chain.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration, integration, and management of Oracle Retail Stock Ledger (RSL)
  • Oversee Invoice Matching (ReIM) processes for merchandise and non-merchandise invoices
  • Collaborate with accounting, merchandising, and procurement teams to streamline financial reconciliation and reporting
  • Analyze and resolve mismatches, discrepancies, and exceptions between PO, receipts, and invoices
  • Support month-end close processes and provide financial audit reports from RSL and ReIM
  • Work with Oracle Retail integration tools (e.g., RIB) to ensure data consistency across systems
  • Develop business requirements documentation and test scripts
  • Train business users and support knowledge transfer to internal teams
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong hands-on technical experience with Oracle Retail applications (RSL, ReSA, ReIM)
  • In-depth understanding of retail accounting, invoice matching logic, and merchandise cost flow
  • Solid experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Retail integration frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in resolving financial discrepancies
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
