Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant for a public sector organization in the United Kingdom. The consultant will focus on the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, and Talent Management. The ideal candidate should have experience with migration projects and be available for an immediate start, working outside IR35. The compensation is between £500 - £600 per day.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, especially Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management.
• Strong ability to work on migration projects and remove backlog after large upgrades or migrations.
• Ability to work with project teams on integrations, data migrations, and reporting.
• Experience mentoring and training users on Oracle HCM systems.
• Available to start immediately and comfortable with Outside IR35 engagements.

iO Associates are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist to work with a public sector organisation. They have recently gone through a big migration project and need someone to come in and remove all the backlog.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management.
• Collaborate with the project team on integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules.
• Mentor and provide training to the wider organisation on the system.
