Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead the technical design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM solutions as part of a major digital transformation initiative.

The successful candidate will take ownership of technical decision-making throughout delivery, ensuring solutions meet architectural, security, and compliance standards aligned with UK Government Cloud requirements. This role requires strong leadership, deep Oracle Cloud expertise, and the ability to manage complex multi-team dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM solutions.

Oversee and own technical design decisions across the delivery lifecycle.

Manage solution development, integration, risk and change management, and interactions between development and support functions.

Use data-driven insights to inform planning and decision-making.

Manage complex internal and external technical dependencies.

Ensure all technical solutions adhere to relevant security, compliance, and UK Gov Cloud standards.

Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead technical teams while working independently.

Essential Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

10+ years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM technical delivery, including 5+ years in a lead role.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification.

At least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and HCM.

Strong understanding of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM Cloud technical architecture.

Knowledge of UK Government Cloud hosting, data sovereignty, and compliance (NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
