A technology consulting firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced R2R Practice Lead to oversee the finance team. This role involves managing daily operations, driving growth, and inspiring a talented team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Oracle Application implementation and a strong background in functional consulting. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the finance practice within a rapidly growing company.
Please note you must be able to pass security clearance for this role (NPPV 3) due to our clients requirements to gain this level of clearance you must have been a resident living in the UK for the past 3 years
Youll report directly to the Financials Practice Director and be responsible for the day-to-day management in the finance team. Youll ensure that we are delivering high quality innovative responsive solutions to new and existing clients and contribute to driving the strategy and vision to build and develop our broader ERP practice.
Youll be responsible for growing and developing our expanding team where you will be a key player in the continued growth of the company. As R2R Practice Lead youll have several years of experience in functional consulting / professional services at management level youll play a pivotal role in inspiring and empowering your team guiding them to challenge their limits expand their skillset and blossom into well-rounded delivery consultants.
