Job description

Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll Support Analyst to provide ongoing support and system optimization for Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll modules. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, configure, and enhance HCM and Payroll processes, ensuring system functionality and end-user satisfaction.

5 Key Skills Required
  • Expertise in core human resources processes such as employee records, workforce administration, and organizational structure.
  • Proficient in payroll configurations, processing, and troubleshooting payroll-related issues in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
  • Knowledge in managing talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules, troubleshooting issues, and providing system support.
  • Ability to conduct functional testing, document results, and resolve issues related to HCM, payroll, and talent management.
5 Areas of Responsibility
  • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management modules, addressing issues reported by end-users.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management modules in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and resolve payroll-related issues in the system.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment of HCM systems with business objectives.
  • Provide training for end-users, create user documentation, and assist in the development of best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll systems.
