A leading Investment Management firm is seeking an Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join their HR technology function in Greater London. This role is pivotal for analyzing business requirements, collaborating with teams, and enhancing HR processes. Candidates should have a strong background with Oracle HCM Cloud and solid stakeholder management skills. The position is on a 12-month contract with a hybrid work model, requiring three days on-site. Competitive daily rates of £800 are offered.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Analyst experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, Oracle Core HR and Oracle Recruiting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable technical deliverables.
