The Data Governance Lead role sits within the Opticians Data and Programmes Team working with and reporting to the Data Manager.
The role plays a critical part in leading and supporting the operational management of customer and product data through every touchpoint in the customer journey; ensuring data is healthy, accurate, used responsibly and up to date. Working with a wide range of business stakeholders the role ensures our data, data systems and processes are compliant to all relevant regulations and data breadth and data quality is sufficient to enable the smooth running of the Opticians business.
