Key Responsibilities

• Be customer-facing and help drive performance for the practice.
• Manage the daily operational efficiency of the practice.
• Develop the team and promote the benefits of purchasing glasses or contact lenses from Optical Express to patients instead of their current optical provider.
• Possess strong management experience within a store or clinical setting.
• Deliver results through passion for people and performance management.
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be articulate, motivated, and eager to learn and progress within Optical Express.

Day-to-day Activities

• Manage resources effectively to meet customer demands.
• Ensure the clinic is presentable and maintained to high standards of tidiness and cleanliness.
• Recruit, induct, coach, and support the team to ensure knowledge and competence.
• Advise potential patients on suitable solutions for their needs.
