At Asda, nothing is more important to us than the health and wellbeing of our customers. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service and clinical care. Our Optical Managers are key to our success, ensuring the team has everything needed to deliver high-quality patient service. As an Optical Manager, you will oversee and manage the entire operation, including managing Optometrists and Optical assistants, ensuring compliance, reviewing sales forecasts, and handling customer queries. You will be responsible for clinic management and shop floor processes to meet customer needs. Working closely with an Optometrist, you will coach and develop your team, so confidence in coaching is essential.

This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills due to its fast-paced nature. You should be a fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC, on track to meet CPD requirements, confident in coaching, and committed to providing excellent customer care. Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced optics environment is essential.
