About The Role

Mailroom Operative

Location: Manchester, M27 8WJ

Contract Type: 12 Month FTC

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary: £23,887.50 Per Annum

Restore is hiring a Mailroom Operative to manage confidential data. You'll manage confidential data by preparing, checking, and scanning documents with precision. The role involves accurate data entry and physical tasks such as lifting. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, achieving high‑quality standards and participating in team meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
  • Achieve high‑quality standards with minimal errors.

  • Support and train new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and complete required training.
Key Duties
  • Booking In: Track and log documents, meet production targets.
  • Document Preparation: Prep documents for scanning.
  • Scanning: Ensure quality images, maintain scanners.
  • Quality Assurance: Check and index scanned documents, address issues.
