A leading aerospace manufacturer in Belfast is seeking an Operations Team Manager to ensure operational efficiency and lead change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an HNC and 3 years' management experience in a relevant field. Typical starting salary between £51,300– £53,000 + Annual Bonus

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
