A leading water utility provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Administrator to provide essential office support within the Wastewater Directorate. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include maintaining data, customer service, and drafting correspondence. We’re looking for someone who can provide essential administration and office support to our teams within the Wastewater Directorate. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate data and records, delivering excellent customer service and clear communications, and handling a variety of general administrative tasks. You’ll also play a key part in supporting the wider department to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
We’re looking for someone with proven administrative experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You’ll have a strong background in producing reports and working with data, as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are essential, along with the confidence to discuss issues professionally over the phone. You’ll be customer-focused, able to build positive relationships with stakeholders, and skilled at prioritising tasks effectively.
