Overview

Role: Operations Supervisor
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Kilmarnock
Hours: 42 per week, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Operations Supervisor to support the running of our client’s busy Service Centre in Kilmarnock. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in the day-to-day management of the Service Centre team, ensuring performance is maximised in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract administration procedures.
  • Coach, motivate and develop your team to achieve excellence.
  • Oversee Health & Safety practices, ensuring all processes and activities meet regulations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer care, service, and product quality.
  • Deputise for the Service Centre Manager in their absence.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous supervisory experience, ideally within hire or a fast-paced industry (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Practical knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and maintain high standards.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
