This role supports Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through Alliance Healthcare. The Central Logistics Centre (CLC) is Alliance Healthcare UK’s new next-generation logistics facility based in Birmingham, designed with advanced automation and robotics to deliver medical, health and beauty products to customers across the UK.
The Operations Shift Manager oversees the efficient and compliant operations of our 24/7 pharmaceutical wholesale warehouse during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance, and ensuring service aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
