Are you a people-first leader with experience managing logistics and fleet operations?
We’re working with a well established, UK wide logistics organisation to find a proactive and hands on Logistics and Operations Manager to join their head office team.
You’ll lead the team responsible for managing drivers and fleet, subcontractor relationships, and day to day resource deployment through a bespoke internal system. You’ll collaborate closely with operational leaders to forecast needs, respond to changing demands, and continuously improve workforce efficiency.
