Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a people focused and award-winning company, with the appointment of an Operations & Office Administrator to join their team.

This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations across HR administration, office management, and internal coordination. You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping processes organised, the office running seamlessly, and employees well supported from onboarding through to exit. It’s a varied, hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, ownership, and making things work better behind the scenes.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with recruitment administration and coordination
  • Prepare, finalise, and issue employment contracts
  • Manage onboarding processes including IT setup and new starter packs
  • Coordinate leaver processes and ensure all documentation and access is completed
  • Oversee office management including budgets, supplies, food, coffee, and equipment
  • Organise internal social events and support company culture initiatives
  • Provide light marketing and presentation support alongside the Marketing Manager
  • Manage office insurance, certificates, and policy documentation
  • Support with packs, presentations, and internal materials as required
