MVP is partnering with a progressive, multiple-award-winning logistics business to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end site operations — from goods‑in to customer delivery.

This newly created role comes as a result of continued growth and a new contract win, offering the opportunity to make your mark within a successful, expanding 3PL operation.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of a warehousing and distribution operation – driving continuous improvement, and developing your people to deliver best‑in‑class service. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced leadership role with real scope to shape performance, culture and customer experience on site.
