Operations Manager – London

A private investment client specialising in the maritime industry are seeking a dynamic professional to manage complex maritime operations and asset portfolios amongst their London team.

Key Responsibilities :

• – Oversee operations for a diverse fleet.
• – Monitor and manage vessel earnings, working closely with brokers and commercial departments.
• – Develop and maintain operational guidelines and procedures.
• – Negotiate commercial charter party fixtures.
• – Coordinate vessel condition inspections and fleet management.
• – Manage comprehensive insurance processes, including underwriter liaisons and claims management.
• – Execute ship sale and purchase (S&P) transactions.
• – Serve as a central coordination point between Investment, Operations, Technical, and Legal teams.
