• Lead and manage the delivery of victim services for children.
• Manage and monitor service performance against KPIs.
• Build relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.

Skills

Understanding of voluntary and statutory agencies in criminal justice, health, and social care

Strong safeguarding knowledge and practice

Ability to analyse data and produce clear, evidence-based reports

Awareness of the impact of crimes on children and young people

Experience working directly with children and young people

In-depth knowledge of the effects of domestic/sexual abuse
