Overview

Job Title: Operations Manager – Children’s Residential

Location: Preston & North West

Salary: £60,000 per annum + £5,000 Welcome Bonus + Company Car or £330 monthly Car Allowance

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Service: Children’s Homes

Service Users: YPs with SEMH, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Complex Needs, Trauma, and ACEs

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Care Services

Experience in Years Required: Minimum 5 years in children’s residential care at management level

Employment Type: Permanent

Homes info
  • Number of homes under your supervision: 10 to 12
  • Multiple homes across the North West
  • Location: Preston and the surrounding North West region
  • Type of YPs: SEMH, Autism, LD, Trauma, Neglect, Complex Needs
  • Ofsted Rating: Good to Outstanding homes under current group
  • Ratio of staff to children: Med to High staff-to-child ratio, tailored to individual needs
