A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Interim Operations Manager for a prestigious client in Milton Keynes. The role involves managing multi-functional teams to drive performance in B2B metering services and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of the utilities sector, specifically with systems like Junifer. This role is crucial in enhancing customer journeys and operational efficiency, requiring leadership in data-driven projects.
Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious Utilities client in Milton Keynes for an Operations Manager on a contract basis for 12 months.
We’re seeking candidates who can offer demonstrable experience successfully managing multi‑functional teams including registration/metering services.
Knowledge of Junifer (a Utilities CIS), experience of UK power & gas systems and markets, and B2B industry processes is sought.
Suitable candidates will have excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, be effective in the collection and use of data and be able to provide data driven reports and insights to the senior leadership team.
We’re also seeking Managers who can demonstrate continuous improvement and new ways of working success stories.
