  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.

  • Will be responsible for Registered Managers whose offices will be under Lancaster and Colchester.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the development of budgets and manage costs.
  • Act as the point of contact to raise serious concerns for complaints, grievances, and serious incidents, ensuring all key stakeholders are involved.
  • Provide information, advice, and support to service users and their families.
About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The Operations Manager will also develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, as well as managing budgets and staff.
