Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.
This role is based at London Gatwick Airport.

As an Operations Manager , you'll be responsible for the successful delivery and performance of aviation infrastructure projects and maintenance at London Gatwick Airport. You’ll lead operational teams, manage resources, and ensure that all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the strategic growth of the business.
This is a Senior level role and key to the successful delivery of civils maintenance and minor work, M&E projects, buildings and civils capital frameworks.
