Our client manages the Operation and Maintenance of the light rail in Tel Aviv. Operating 47 trains over a 24km route 12km of which is underground, our service accommodates approximately 80 million passengers annually.

Role

The Operations Manager will have overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the red line. Key duties include establishing the operation service system, which comprises timetabling, station/stop operations, and depot operations.

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience as an Operations Manager within the last 10 years, reporting to either an Operations Director or CEO.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Tel Aviv, Israel.
