A leading drainage service provider in the UK is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee its Exeter branch. This role involves managing the engineering team, day-to-day operations, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate should have previous office management experience, a good understanding of Health and Safety protocols, and strong interpersonal skills. Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
We are looking for an individual experienced in reactive drainage who can support with the day to day operations of the Franchise. This is perfect for anyone who is currently or has previously worked in domestic & commercial reactive drainage, who is looking for more of an office-based role.
The role is a supervisory role overseeing the engineering team and the day to day running of the drainage business.
You will be the 'go to' person for any escalations, technical issues, project plans and larger scale works. The role requires someone with proven office management experience who is capable of organising and managing a very busy office. Full duties but not exclusive to:
