IMPACTEVOLVE have exclusively partnered with a leading 3PL. We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations across the multi-client fulfilment centre. This is a hands-on leadership role with serious scope. The business is moving fast, and they need someone who brings structure, energy and strong values to the operation, someone who can lead with care, build trust on the floor, and drive performance across the board.
Operational Control: Lead warehouse execution from goods in to despatch across multiple sites, ensuring the whole network runs like clockwork.
People Leadership: Manage Team Leaders and Warehouse Coordinators, build a strong team culture, and hold performance to a high bar with clarity and compassion.
Inventory Management: Maintain accuracy, improve space efficiency, and deliver on SLAs.
Health & Safety: Zero tolerance for non-compliance. Own safety protocols, training and audits.
Continuous Improvement: Tackle cost, service and efficiency proactively. Bring ideas, data and drive.
KPI Ownership: Define, track and deliver against core operational metrics OTIF, pick accuracy, safety, cost-to-serve and more.
Experience running warehouse operations within a multi-client environment, ideally B2B or high-volume B2C.
Clear, credible leadership – team trust your judgement and know where they stand.
Health & Safety focus – ideally NEBOSH.
A process thinker with a sharp eye for improvement and cost control.
Someone who listens first, acts decisively, and doesn’t lose sight of the people at the centre of the operation.
£45,000-£55,000 salary
Full-time, on-site role (5 days/week)
