Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams and supply chain partners.
  • Oversee cladding, external façade and fire remediation projects.
  • Ensure delivery of capital and retrofit works to programme, budget and quality standards.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
  • Manage commercial risk, defects, complaints and handover processes.

Skills

Proven experience managing multiple construction projects
Strong background in cladding, fire remediation and retrofit
Excellent leadership, stakeholder and supply chain management skills
Strong understanding of construction operations and H&S legislation

Education

Extensive project management experience in a similar environment
Experience delivering PAS2035 or similar retrofit programmes
SMSTS and CSCS desirable
