A care home management firm is seeking an experienced Care Home Operations Manager. This role combines leadership with the opportunity to manage a group of specialist care homes focused on learning disabilities and ASD/ASC. Candidates must possess a Level 5 leadership qualification and relevant management experience. Travel across BANES/Somerset is essential. Care Home Operations Managers are the original hybrid workers. Regional Managers, Area Managers, Service Managers the same.

  • Learning disability and ESPECIALLY ASD/ASC knowledge and management experience and a level 5 leadership and management qualification are ESSENTIAL.
  • It's also essential that you are happy travelling throughout BANES/Somerset.

Other specialist qualifications e.g. RNLD or a post grad qualification in psychology (as well as management expertise) would be highly prized.
