Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you'll ensure the hotel runs smoothly and lead your team to provide an exceptional guest experience. This busy role involves working alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and motivate your team to exceed expectations. We're seeking a candidate with strong people skills who can inspire and get the best out of their team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake Duty Manager shifts as needed to support the team.
  2. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for advancing the Leonardo Hotels brand.
  3. Support onboarding and training of new staff to uphold our hospitality standards.
  4. Monitor recruitment needs to support hotel operations and team development.
  5. Utilize local area knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Work with HR to organize engaging team activities.
