Overview

ATS Gas Services Ltd are recruiting an Operations Manager

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide direction and leadership to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and implement operational process to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations and initiate corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, delivery, and successful completion of servicing and maintenance activities, adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints. Coordinate with other managers, engineers, and helpdesk to allocate resources, schedule tasks, and ensure timely project delivery. Coordinate sub-contractors to ensure effective service delivery and financial performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Conduct regular client meetings to ensure alignment on project progress, change, and overall satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling maintenance services based on client requirements.
  • Team Supervision and Development: Lead and mentor a team of helpdesk staff. Establish performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth. Encourage a safe and inclusive work environment, emphasising adherence to safety requirements and compliance standards.
  • Quality and Compliance: Enforce adherence to quality standards and industry regulations to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
  • Resource Management: Manage resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize outcomes and minimize waste. Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of required materials.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on contract status, operational performance, for the Director. Maintain accurate documentation of project details, contracts, client communications, and any relevant operational information.
