The Job Role

  • Operations Manager to oversee 18 education contracts in Essex
  • To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience.
  • The Operations Manager will be responsible for P&L, stock management, cost control and effective labour scheduling.
  • To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
  • To report into an Operations Director.

The Requirements

  • A proven Operations Manager within contract catering
  • Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential, be that in Education, B&I and/or Healthcare
  • A passionate foodie
  • The successful Operations Manager will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
  • A strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.

The Location

  • To be based in Essex only.
  • A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
