We are looking for a proactive, organised, and adaptable Operations Executive to join a fast-growing recruitment and talent advisory firm. This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting Finance, Marketing, Consultants, and the Senior Leadership Team, while also managing general office operations and leading systems integration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Finance with compliance‑related tasks and reporting
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, communications, and engagement initiatives
  • Assist Consultants and SLT with operational processes and projects
  • Lead and support new projects to optimise workflows
  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running
