The right Operations Director will contribute to the success and growth from day one.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance goals and long-term operational strategies, collaborating with board level in order to meet company objectives.
• Oversee the documentation of all operational activity to ensure consistency and efficiency of workflows, yielding optimal productivity and performance.
• Scrutinise current operational processes and recommend solutions for improvement as a strategic thinker with a critical mind.
• Streamline and implement new structures that create speed and efficiency to support commercial demands.
