Passive Fire Safety - Property Services & Commercial

Up to £120,000 + Package

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a commercial manager ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
• Ensure the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
• Direct team includes contract managers, supervisors & office staff.
• Report directly to the Managing Director who will support you in making the contracts a success.

Candidate

• Extensive building knowledge and experience managing passive fire safety works (fire door installation & fire stopping works).
• Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations.
• A good knowledge of up to date legislations and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to create a strong working environment where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract, and to build strong relationships with the client and team members.
