This role sits within our Education division – catering for students. What you'll be doing...

The successful candidate will have exceptional proven leadership qualities and an ability to achieve results through others. We require a committed, empathetic, and passionate individual to deliver and exceed client and customer expectations.

This role will cover London, M25, and surrounding locations, with 6 Operations Managers reporting to this position.

Your key responsibilities as the Operations Director will include:

• Creating a culture of excellent customer experience within your community
• Ensuring legal and company compliance within your strategic area of responsibility
• Driving financial growth and exceeding financial targets
• Building and maintaining external relationships with senior clients to exceed expectations and deliver a competitive advantage
• Overseeing the Operations Management function within your area
• Managing recruitment, training, and development of the operations team to deliver high-quality, financially beneficial services
• Supporting the sales team with site visits, presentations, and bid evaluations

What can you bring?

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in contract catering within a multi-site, senior management role. Experience in education catering is advantageous. You should demonstrate leadership, inspiring and motivating large teams, and have proven success working closely with clients. Confidence in managing P&L is essential.
