We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations & Partnerships Coordinator to ensure the seamless running of our daily operations. In this role, you will act as a key link between clients, the warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure precision in orders, deliveries, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily orders using platforms like Zoho, Shopify B2B, WhatsApp, and email.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date client information, price lists, and service level agreements.
• Track performance data to identify issues early and enhance operations.
• Support client onboarding and maintain strong relationships with chefs and managers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or hospitality coordination.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented.
• Proficient with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Excel/Airtable, and CRM or ERP systems.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and detail-oriented.
• Bonus: Experience in foodservice supply or delivery operations and basic knowledge of automation tools like Make/Zapier.
