About the Operations Assistant role

Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests. You will also complete general maintenance tasks, so a basic knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is desirable. Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of delivering your daily tasks in a timely and competent manner. You will also deliver exceptional customer service and work with our brand standards, ensuring every guest experience feels the forest vibe the moment they step into their cabin.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met.
• Some previous experience in a similar role.
• A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather.

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17

• 16 years: £7.55 per hour
• 17 years: £10.00 per hour
