We are currently looking for an enthusiastic caring person to become our next Service Support Engineer. Come join the team help us by supporting our service centre and the needs of our patients out in community. Our Ipswich Approved Repair Service supports our NHS Wheelchair service in the distribution and maintenance of chairs across the whole of Suffolk, we are a dedicated team and take pride in our achievements to the support the needs of others.
Ross Care, part of the Medux work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids that help supporting schools care homes hospital’s & Patient’s within their homes on a daily basis.
As a company help us to achieve the agreed contractual standard of service required. By completing initial training in the workshop reconditioning wheelchair equipment to gain essential product knowledge & support your development. On completion of initial training this will enable you to work out in the field delivering, collecting, repairing, and servicing wheelchairs all in the knowledge you helped in the needs of others. The expectation is that once fully trained most jobs will be completed on a first-time fix basis. A job done first time basis means no impact on our Patients. We have structured parts storage set to help support first time fix and both our team and service are proud of its achievements.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications.
Carrying out the work involved with this position, the employee will become party to confidential information including service user information. It is of paramount importance that all information is kept on a private and confidential basis and not disclosed to any other person.
