You’ll join our Operations Performance – Ground Operations team, a group dedicated to developing and owning the strategic agenda for performance metrics across our network. The team leads on everything from aircraft turnaround and airport scheduling to ground handling performance and de-icing usage. We work closely with colleagues across Ground Ops, Procurement, Flight Ops, Cabin Services, Scheduling, IT, and Business Intelligence to ensure our data and processes drive operational excellence.
As an Operational Performance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in tracking and analysing operational metrics, supporting data-driven decision making, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll work hands‑on with data, reporting tools, and operational teams to ensure accuracy, drive best practice, and help us deliver a seamless experience for our customers and colleagues.
This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
