A government agency in Glasgow is seeking a senior leader for the Integrated Risk and Intelligence Service. Counter Fraud, Compliance and Debt (CFCD) have oversight and control of the main levers needed to improve the way we manage fraud, error and debt within the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
The Integrated Risk and Intelligence Service (IRIS) is part of the CFCD directorate and works across DWP to protect the welfare system from fraud and error.
These roles will be within IRIS’ central hub for coordinating and prioritising workflow delivery between IRIS and DWP operational teams. The team plays a critical role in supporting departmental fraud and error objectives, testing operational solutions, forecasting demand, and coordinating the delivery of referrals.
