Qualifications

• 6-12+ months experience working in a primary care/GP practice setting.
• Must be a registered Clinical Pharmacist with GPHC registration.
• Able to commute to the onsite location in the Salford area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct polypharmacy medication reviews and SMRs.
• Support practice staff with prescription and medication queries.
• Provide expert advice on medications to clinicians and patients.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience using EMIS clinical system

Ability to conduct medication reviews

Education

Independent prescribing qualification

Relevant degree/qualification with GPHC registration
